Our Story
Tribe Africa was founded in 2020 to address the challenge of unemployment across Africa by facilitating business and career growth, providing growth linkages and support systems.
We believe that closing the unemployment gap in Africa is achievable through micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) development. MSME are estimated to constitute about 90 percent of all businesses and to employ more than 50 percent of the workforce across the continent. MSMEs are an essential component of Africa’s economic fabric. As a result of their ability to create jobs and reduce poverty, they are also recognized as major players in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our mantra is, leaving no person behind, 20% of our capacity building intervention is focused on persons with disability (PWD).
Our Mission

As a result of this, we are able to implement actionable steps and policies that promote growth. Among the ways in which we work to promote economic growth is to work closely with national governments, regional entities, as well as local and international non-governmental organizations
