CONFERENCE EXPECTATIONS

AUDIENCE AND EVENT FORMATS

Studies have shown we remember little of what we hear at conferences. People forget, and they forget fast. This is largely due to the learning formats used. The more interactive, collaborative and needs-focused the sessions are, the better you remember and use the knowledge. To maximize learning outcomes, Business Re-engineering will experiment with a variety of new formats. These include:

60% of participants were small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs within the age of 18- 40.

The objective was to provide a knowledge exchange and transfer experiences that will empower youths to explore innovative ideas for tackling socioeconomic challenges and growing relevant strong digital economy communities. It will inspire cross fertilization of ideas in different sectors while guiding participants to take advantage of these opportunities.

35% of our target audience were jobseekers, matching job seekers with employers. It also provided a platform to discuss and exchange on skills match and employment promotion as a vehicle for economic growth in Nigeria.
