CAREER ACCELERATION PROGRAM- CAP
Moving in Speed
With almost 200 million people between the ages of 15 and 24, Africa has the highest concentration of young people in the world. Unemployment averages 30 percent across low-income countries in Africa, and the majority of the unemployed are youth. Our intent when we started the entry-level career acceleration program is to create a playbook that solves the problem of mismatch between the skills of young people entering the workforce and the needs of employers. The objective is to address the challenges of unemployment by offering a range of opportunities for relevant skill development, volunteering, internship, and job fair.
Career acceleration Internship Program
Connect interns looking to gain industry experiences in their chosen career path and hiring managers from organizations looking to strengthen their organizational workforce with qualified interns with basic industry skill sets.
